Pia Chaudhari Cameron, Principal

Pia is the founder and principal at Pia C,ameron Interiors. Born of Danish and Indian parents, and having lived in Copenhagen, London and New York City, Pia brings a refined international sensibility to all her design work together with a lifelong passion for beauty and a talent for creating dynamic synergies between historical and contemporary design. She holds a PhD in psychology and religion and she has written and published work on psychology, beauty, and aesthetics.

Known for her work with color, Pia brings to her projects an elegant use of form and texture together with an intuitive grasp of spatial possibilities and a sensitivity to architectural as well as symbolic intent. Her years of training in Jungian psychoanalysis lends to her interiors work a deep sensibility to, and knowledge of, imagery and the important symbolic aspects of the spaces in which people live in order that they be spaces in which they can thrive.

Richard Wilson Cameron, Architectural/Design Consultant

Richard is the founder and principal designer at the New York firm RWC Atelier and Co. He has worked on some of the largest residential projects in the country and is renowned for his skill as a draftsman and architectural artist. His work has appeared in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, and Architectural Digest. He is the co-founder of both the Institute of Classical Architecture & Art and The Beaux-Arts Atelier. He has been passionately focused on the problem of Pennsylvania Station since 1993 and was the originator of the idea that the original Penn Station--designed by Charles McKim and opened in 1910 and demolished from 1963-1967--be rebuilt. Richard has a Bachelor of Architecture from The University of Toronto and a Master of Architecture from Princeton University.

Karin Romhild Chaudhari, Antiques Procurement

Karin has over 40 years of retail experience in antiques and Scandinavian design, as well as interior decorating. Originally from Denmark, she brought her Scandinavian roots to life in the US through her store Almue Stuen in Westchester and later Danish & European Antiques on Madison Ave, New York. She focuses on sales and procurement for the antiques division at Pia Cameron Interiors, formerly known as Sophia Rose Antik New York.

Mary Ann Power, Management & Project Coordination

Mary Ann's +30 years of business experience includes executive positions with NY City advertising agencies as well as a long career with a major US beverage corporation. She brings to Pia Cameron Interiors an expert knowledge base of project management, financial management and marketing.

Roman Erlikh, Master Craftsman

Roman Erlikh is a professional woodworker with over 20 years experience in fabrication, millwork and custom furnishings, as well as antique restoration. Based in the Brooklyn Navy Yard, his technical capabilities include shop drawings, 3D modeling and a custom built CNC router. Roman offers a true merger of old world techniques with the new exacting precision of the 21st century.
